This was a complete bathroom install in a loft conversion. The builder left a structure only as requested by the client. All internal works for the bathroom were completed - including a pocket door, plasterboarding, plumbing, tiling then fitted all bathroom furniture.
Other work completed in the loft conversion was the remaining studwork and plasterboarding for the rest of the room, insulation, paint work and finishing.
This was a complete bedroom refresh. Previous owners painted over old flaky paint, wallpaper and layers of fillers. The carpet was outdated and needed replacing. There were many cracks on the old render that were hidden by paper and fillers.
The room was completely stripped back to plaster, ceiling overboarded, holes and cracks repaired, the rotten window sill was replaced, walls and ceiling skimmed, new radiator fitted, new underlay and carpet fitted. Room was painted in mould-proof quality paint.
